The bedrooms
The 1st bedroom is the parental bedroom located on the first floor with a garden and sea view. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm and has its own private en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, a bathtub and an Italian shower. The toilets are separated. Enjoy also the private balcony of the room
The 2nd bedroom is a children's bedroom, located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden and the terrace. The room offers 4 bunk beds 90 cm and a shared bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden and terrace. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The 4th bedroom also has access to the garden and is located on the ground floor. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm and a shared bathroom.
The 5th bedroom is located at the level of the swimming pool and has a direct access to the terrace, in another building. The room offers 2 single beds 90 cm. Shared bathroom with 2 basins, shower and separate WC.
The 6th bedroom on the pool level is located in another building and has direct access to the terrace. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm. The bathroom is to be shared, with shower and separate WC.
The interiors
This luxurious villa includes a TV lounge on the first floor and a large living room with fireplace on the ground floor. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with its scullery and dining area. The living room opens to the outside and offers a beautiful luminosity.
The exterior
From the terrace of the master bedroom, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, very pleasant.
A summer kitchen and a space with a table is at your disposal.
A platform with a sea view will allow you to spend a small intimate moment or with friends.
The villa also has a petanque court where you can spend time in groups.
