Indoors 

This family home of 350 m², combines the "Rétais" charm with a contemporary style. It is very well equipped, both inside and outside.
The large 80 m² living room benefits from superb natural light, thanks to its exposure and its sliding doors opening directly onto the garden.
The house has two night areas, with the living area in the middle comprising the entrance hall, the living room/kitchen, the laundry room and a WC.
The first night space (left side) has 3 spacious suites of 25 to 30 m², while the second (right side) offers 1 double suite, 1 twin and 1 master suite.
Thanks to its sleeping arrangements, the villa can accommodate up to 14 people if there are small children. Please note that the dining tables of the house (inside and outside) can accommodate 12 guests.
The house also has a garage.


Outdoors​ 

You will be able to fully enjoy the benefits of the open air, thanks to the lovely enclosed landscaped garden.
You will also appreciate the beautiful heated and secured pool (10 x 5m).
Please note that the pool is heated during the summer. In mid-season (April, May, September and October), it is not heated and the temperature of the water will depend on the outside temperature (which will most likely be between 19 and 21° in this region).
The property has a private parking.


Staff & Services

The price includes heating of the pool (in summer).
The price does not include : linen, final cleaning and concierge service.


Location

The villa is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes by bike or car from the charming little town of Sainte-Marie de Ré-La Noue, where you can do your shopping and hire bikes.

From 01/04 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/10, the swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost.
