Villa Bluebird

Villa Bluebird is a charming property located in the fashionable village of Ars-en-Ré, just a short walk from the beach. This expansive 400 square meter villa has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for a comfortable family vacation or a getaway with friends. A unique feature of Villa Bluebird is its design, which ensures that every guest has their own private space.

The villa consists of several structures: a main house and four separate outbuildings.

The main house features a master bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom, alongside a children’s bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each) and a separate toilet. Villa Bluebird boasts a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a lavish and cozy living room with a TV area and a fireplace. This space opens up to two terraces, offering the perfect spot for sipping champagne or enjoying a sunny meal together.

The first outbuilding faces the terrace and garden, housing a double bed (180 cm) and a bathroom. The second outbuilding offers views of the patio, complete with high-quality garden furniture, and includes two single beds (90 cm each) and a bathroom. The third outbuilding is the most spacious, featuring a master bedroom and a nursery equipped with everything needed for a baby. The fourth outbuilding contains a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each), a bathroom, and a laundry room.

For relaxation, there is a 6 x 2 meter heated swim spa surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for soaking up some vitamin D and enjoying peaceful moments. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to private tennis courts situated 550 meters from the villa.
